Is a Rogue jetBlue Flight Attendant Becoming a Martyr Partially Because of Airline Fees? Part II

When we first asked Is a Rogue jetBlue Flight Attendant Becoming a Martyr Partially Because of Airline Fees? back on August 10, we did not realize that Tom Johansmeyer would post a similar topic today with the headline Could airline baggage fees create another Steven Slater? at Gadling.com.

Mr. Johansmeyer surmises that passengers will more often find themselves in scuffles, especially as they attempt to bypass having to pay a checked baggage fee and precious overhead space becomes more scant and scarce. The policies regarding ancillary fees, in turn, contributes to increased airline passenger frustration, possible creating the breeding ground for the next Steven Slater to have a meltdown and snap.

Do you agree?
